What you can bring:
✔ Comfortable clothing: Loose-fitting pants, cozy sweaters, and warm socks will ensure your comfort during your stay.
✔ Your own pillow: If you have a favorite pillow that helps you sleep particularly well.
✔ Diary & pen: A diary can be very valuable for recording your inner processes and insights.
✔ Dictation device: If you prefer to speak rather than write, you can bring a dictation device. Please note that lights or displays must be taped over beforehand so that they do not glow in the dark.
✔ Personal meditation items: Some people like to bring their favorite crystals, mala necklaces, or other spiritual objects that help them meditate.

✔ Yoga mats for your movement and relaxation exercises
✔ Meditation cushions for a comfortable sitting position
✔ Warm blankets so you can make yourself comfortable
